Bio
As a child in Aguascalientes, Mexico, Audrey’s American Dream was to make people laugh. Her dream eventually came true when years later she found herself on stage at a comedy club in New York City. Being funny came naturally for Mora as the youngest of eight children, she quickly learned how to steal the attention away from her brothers and sister by using her witty humor. Audrey graced the stages of Mexico as an actress and was encouraged to explore world of stand-up comedy due to her wit and hilarious personality. After Mora’s first performance she knew she’d found her calling, packed her bags and headed to New York. Now seven years later, Audrey performs nightly at Broadway Comedy Club, The Stand, Greenwich Comedy Club, Gotham Comedy Club and Carolines on Broadway. When not in New York, Mora tours and has performed in Philadelphia, Miami, Boston, New Jersey and even back in her home country of Mexico. Mora was most recently featured at the New York Comedy Festival Not only does her comedy exceed country borders, it also transcends language barriers. Audrey has mastered the art of stand-up comedy in both English and Spanish which makes her one the most sought-after female comedians working today. Audrey has been featured in New York Times, El Tiempo Latino, and has written for Teen Vogue. In a world where we find ourselves building walls, Audrey is breaking them down brick by brick and laugh by laugh with her unique sense of humor.
